Unlike the EPD Value, accuracies always range from 0 to 100, representing a % accuracy. EPD accuracies increase linearly based on the heritability of the trait in question and the number of records used to estimate the EPD value. As we collect more data, we can be more confident of the genetic potential of a parent animal. |
