Member Service & Billing Changes
Beginning July, 2026, paperless billing will become the default option. Members may continue receiving paper statements for $5 per month.
Finance charges will be assessed after 60 days of non-payment, instead of the known policy of 30 days of non-payment. Accounts will continue to be placed on hold after 30 days of non-payment.
Beginning with the July/August 2026 Red Angus magazine, households will receive only one physical copy of the magazine per address, unless additional copies are requested.

BOLT EPDs
To guarantee inclusion in the weekly BOLT evaluation, data must be Final Submitted by Sunday. Results are available 9 days later on the following Tuesday. Data is only pulled once a week, and is only updated once a week. See the calendar below for an example.
ALL sires and donor dams must have DNA on file in order for their progeny to be registered.
Animals showing at RAAA Regional or National shows must have DNA on file.
Finance Charges
Finance charges are applied after 60 days and billed at $15 if the balance is less than or equal to $100. If the balance is over $100 then $15 plus 1.5% per month will be applied.
