**Scheduled System Maintenance Notice**
The REDSPro database will undergo an operating system update / maintenance on March 1st. We anticipate the downtime to be approx 4 hours with some possible intermittent downtime after checks by the IT team, therefore some services could be unavailable or delayed.
We will be monitoring the maintenance process and will provide updates if the downtime extends beyond the expected timeframe.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as these important system updates are completed.

BOLT EPDs
To guarantee inclusion in the weekly BOLT evaluation, data must be Final Submitted by Sunday. Results are available 9 days later on the following Tuesday. Data is only pulled once a week, and is only updated once a week. See the calendar below for an example.
