ANNOUNCEMENTS
Spring THR Billing Notice: We wanted to inform you that on August 15, the 2nd and 3rd installments of THR were billed to their respective accounts. Typically, the 2nd installment is billed in August and the 3rd installment in September. In this case, the 3rd installment was billed in error. However, to prevent any potential database issues or disruptions along with incorrect balances, both installments will remain billed together this month. In the future, installments will remain one installment per month.
Regarding your payment for the month of August, you are welcome to continue to pay in the installments by paying the 2nd installment in August and the 3rd installment in September or pay the account balance in full. The 4th installment will be billed to the respective accounts in October, per usual.
Please note that this adjustment is intended to ensure smooth account management moving forward. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this billing, please reach out to Christi in our Membership Department at christi@redangus.org.

BOLT EPDs
To guarantee inclusion in the weekly BOLT evaluation, data must be Final Submitted by Sunday. Results are available 9 days later on the following Tuesday. Data is only pulled once a week, and is only updated once a week. See the calendar below for an example.
ALL sires and donor dams must have DNA on file in order for their progeny to be registered.
Animals showing at RAAA Regional or National shows must have DNA on file.
*Finance Charges*
Finance charges are applied after 30 days and billed at $15 if the balance is less than or equal to $100. If the balance is over $100 then $15 plus 1.5% per month will be applied.
Inactivated Females
Inactivated females can be reactivated by providing calf data or a reason code for no calf.
